Tamana brings with her training experience of over 15 years, across corporates and banks. She partners with clients to design programs that provide real-time applications to business challenges that are important and current, and that emphasize the primacy of hands-on experience over theory and didactic presentation. Equally adept at client need analysis she provides customized, specialized training which are easy to sustain /build on. As part of her job profiles, she has been involved in the content development, creating and adapting curriculum for a variety of audiences and learning delivery methods, developing learning strategies based on clients' needs, supporting performance through coaching, hiring and mentoring of new trainers, and managing a team of trainers/ resources to execute excellent delivery at client sites.
As a constant keen learner she is also a Deloitte certified virtual trainer, Erikson level 1 certified coach, certified in Accelerated Learning and Consultative skills from ATD, and she holds an NLP basic certification by Richard McHugh.
